While we sincerely hope that you fall head over heels in love with your new GypsyPosh creation, we realize that unforeseen issues occasionally arise. We will gladly accept items back in their original condition and packaging within seven (7) days of receipt for return and refund of the purchase price minus shipping in the form of payment received. Exchange for store credit will be honored within fourteen (14) days of receipt. Unfortunately we can not accept exchanges surpassing fourteen days of receipt. For refunds, please allow sufficient time for the credit to arrive back in your account as each bank/credit institution may follow slightly varied timelines.
Custom, commissioned and/or personalized orders (including any stamped/engraved items) ARE NOT RETURNABLE FOR REFUND OR EXCHANGE. For special customized orders, we sincerely aim to maintain the highest quality standards including communication with our clients to ensure that any requested design is executed as close to the vision as possible. As stated, Our goal is to keep you coming back for more. So please, when 'co-creating' a design with our team, be sure to check regularly for communication from us regarding your custom/personalized order or commissioned work. You may be required to supply us with additional information or vital feedback needed to complete the piece.
Prior to returning any item, we require that you contact us to receive approval for the exchange process to begin. This also gives us the opportunity to discover the issue, and provide specific solutions like repair or partial return credit along with exchange.
