Return/Exchange Policy

At Posh by TOSH, we are dedicated to bringing you the very best in quality and materials for our pieces. We strive to keep our loyal customers and clients not only satisfied, but coming back for more!

While we sincerely hope that you fall head over heels in love with your new GypsyPosh creation, we realize that unforeseen issues occasionally arise. We will gladly accept items back in their original condition and packaging within seven (7) days* of receipt for exchange credit of the total purchase price minus shipping/processing. Prior to returning any item, we require that you contact us to receive approval for the exchange process to begin. 



Refunds are offered ONLY if a creation is rendered defective or otherwise misrepresented. Please contact us prior to shipping back any potential returns to receive approval for the transaction. Once approved you may return ship the product at your own risk; we highly encourage using a service that provides basic insurance and tracking information. We are not responsible for lost/uninsured packages.  Upon receipt of your return, you will be reimbursed for the purchase price minus shipping and processing in the form of payment received. Please do allow sufficient time for the credit to arrive back in your account as each bank institution may follow slightly varied timelines. 



If an item is received accidentally defective  (example, damaged in transit) we can offer to replace it with the same/similar item (pending inventory) and reimburse return shipping. 



** Exchange for store credit may be honored within fourteen (14) days of receipt for special circumstances (i.e, customer was away from home for an extended time period, at the time of shipment arrival). Unfortunately, we can not accept any exchanges surpassing fourteen days of receipt. 


Custom, commissioned and/or personalized orders (including any stamped/engraved items) ARE NOT RETURNABLE FOR REFUND OR EXCHANGE. For special customized orders, we sincerely aim to maintain the highest quality standards including communication with our clients to ensure that any requested design is executed as close to the vision as possible. As stated, our goal is to keep you coming back for more. So please, when 'co-creating' a design with our team, be sure to check regularly for communication from us regarding your custom/personalized order or commissioned work. You may be required to supply us with additional information or vital feedback needed to complete the piece. 



Even the most well made creation may occasionally break or blemish with reasonable wear.  Posh offers complimentary repairs for items within a year of purchase. Please contact us for specific requests and repair quotes/costs surpassing that time period. We will charge a minimum for repairs due to repeat carelessness or neglect of following the care instructions listed.
